So tonight while the family was gone I tried out some tofu. It was my first time actually trying to cook it. As I pulled the slimy white block of bean curd out of its cardboard box, I really wondered what got me to eat this. I have always thought that eating tofu was weird, why would you eat tofu instead of actual food?! Then I started trying to lose a bit of weight...one thing led to another, and here I am eating tofu and counting calories. It finally got me.
