Final for Bible as Lit

I really enjoyed my bible as literature class a lot more than I thought I would. Especially because this is my final project. He let me paint whatever I wanted from the stories that we talked about. Samson is like the superhero of the bible (even though it turns out he wasn't such an amazing guy). This was done in about 12 hours in Corel Painter X on an intuos 3 tablet. Enjoy.
P.S. any suggestions for the background?? I want to change it but here it is for now :)

Holy snap muscles. That is awesome. And the fur texture looks great. Way to be, man.

And he frightens me.

In a good way.

How come he doesn't have eyes? Or pupils or whatever they're called??

I didn't know you were taking bible as lit! Who was your prof? Steve Walker? Because Steve Walker is a genius. And I most likely own all the books you had to read.

Yeah, nice external obliques/serrati anterior/recti abdonmini/furry stuff. I like the eyes, too-- kinda a look ahead to "blind Samson".

Nope, Professor Eliason. Don't know his first name. Way cool class and way cool teacher. He talks about Steve Walker all the time though.
